A Spectacular Eveningby *LDRPhotography

This was the last evening on our Alaskan Cruise. We had a lot of rain and clouds during the week. The sun finally came out and gave a gorgeous sunset. I loved the mountain in the background.

As I start my task of going through all of the mountains of images I have stored up in my inbox, from weeks of not viewing hardly any, I'm not sure what made me choose to look at this one first, but, I am certainly glad that I did! It really took my breath away! This is absolutely gorgeous, Laura! And, I agree with you...the mountain in the background really does add something to the shot! That's one beautiful sunset, my friend!

When we were on the cruise, it was either cloudy or rainy pretty much the entire week. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining (especially since it was 100 every day at home), but when that sun came out and stayed out for a sunset, it really was special. Thanks Mim.
